Kashmiri chillies are popular in Indian food, such as Rogan Josh curries. They have a deep red colour and a very mild heat, less than a Jalapeno. Fruits are sometimes dried and used in curry paste. The plant grows to about 90cm tall, 30cm wide and the fruits are 10cm long and 2cm wide. They will ripen from green to a deep red

Heat Rating : 1000 - 2000 Scoville Units. What is a scoville unit?
